It's been many years in the making but we have got dear friend of the show - Jack Roylance to come on to talk all things Bar Beach Run Club (BBRC). BBRC is a fantastic run club located in Newcastle that has taken the run club world by storm. Jack (founder of BBRC) was gracious enough to give his time up to discuss the origins of BBRC, the impact and importance of the community built within Newcastle's beaches.
