WHAT A WEEKEND. The Sunday Sippers have completed a 48 hour hostile takeover of the Gold Coast. There has been no shortage of naratives to come from the 2 day event. Around 25 runners over the weekend between the half and full marathon has us feeling extremely grateful. Thank you to everyone who flew the Sippers flag with pride

Last weekend Jack Roylance ran 100 kilometres around the harbour of Newcastle for something much bigger than himself. Our little mate pushed himself beyond his known limit to help raise awareness & funds for Beyond Blue, a mental health & well-being organisation. After being bed ridden a few days before completing this mammoth task, we knew it was going to take everything, and it did. With family and friends by his side he bit down on the mouth guard and took the tough carries. By throwing himself into the fire & taking on this feat, Jack has managed to raise over $20,000 for Beyond Blue. Funds that will continue to support the charity in providing free 24/7 counseling, support services, and practical resources for individuals affected by anxiety, depression, and suicide. Is this rock bottom? Butters hits a new low after getting dusted by Dean Aylott in parkrun on the weekend. But its not all bad news for the boys this week. Johnny turns 26, and after being considered a modern day miracle this is quite the feat for the kid. We are thrilled to annouce a partnership between the pod & Trek Fyshwick.
