We come together to review what was an incredibly special day of Johnny’s 100ks for R4R - to be able to put in words how memorable the day was is hard, however we ran through the day to discuss what was going through Johnnys mind from 0-100k, the trials, tribulations and everything in between. 2 very different weeks at Sippers HQ. Johnny stuggled to get out of bed and Butters struggled to get in his. An ultramara & uni at full tilt buried our greek friend this week. Not to worry, the hard stuffs done. Just some fine tuning before the 100k on November 9. Whilst Butzy finally hit a green week & banked 17 hours of good honest rugby league triathlon training. Not every sunday sees a UFC PPV AND the Ironman World Champs so you bet we lapped that shit up. 100k for R4R merch will be available this week.
