Melbourne police have arrested two men and a woman after a high-speed chase.  Officers tried to stop an allegedly stolen Mazda in Bundoora but the driver took off.  The Air Wing called in tyre deflation devices and eventually stopped the runaway car in Abbotsford. Officers say three people tried to make a break for it but they were quickly arrested.

A new push to legalise and regulate vaping could generate hundreds of millions of dollars in additional tax revenue. If enforced with a small excise, several states would all bring in more than $600M each over the next four years. The move is backed by the federal Nationals and comes as the Government cracks down on vaping by banning its recreational use.
