Hello friends!! Ever gotten what you didn't order and had a mini panic attack? I definitely have...but yesterday was a different story! It's been a long time coming, learning to adapt and accept my body for how it is and loosening the grip of my want for control. It's hard. Celebrate yourself for the little victories and one day you'll look back and see how far you've come. There is hope, and you are stronger than you know.
I hope this little story gives you inspiration, and if you have any questions or want more stories like this, send them my way!

P.S. Go get that Chick-Fil-A sandwich if you want!
Just try, I promise, you'll learn something about yourself at the very least.
