Today I’m spilling the tea on a really big part of my coaching philosophy and the secret behind the scenes of what I'm doing with all of my clients inside of my coaching program.

This secret allows my clients to make seemingly impossible results within a very short space of time. For instance, if you want to x5 your turnover while keeping the same cash profit margin or buy that unbelievably amazing dream house that was only ever a pipe dream. I’ve seen my clients inside The Fierce Salon achieve these remarkable results in only 6 months using this secret and now I want to share it with you! 

I’m going to teach you a whole new way of looking at the very popular philosophy - there’s no such thing as failure, only feedback. I’ll show you how to understand and bring your self-awareness into your own life to create incredible feedback. This episode will also transform the way you look at the word “strategy” and how to strategize in a repeatable and proven way that gets what you want for the rest of your life. 

Firstly, there are three different types of strategies: micro, macro and meta. Micro strategies are the small decisions we make daily that can have a big impact on our overall success. For example, deciding to wake up early or choosing to eat a healthy breakfast. These micro strategies can add up and have a significant impact on our lives and businesses.

Macro strategies are the big-picture decisions we make that have a long-lasting effect. These macro strategies can have a profound impact on our future and are the vehicles to deliver us to our meta goals.

Meta strategies are the overarching plans we create to achieve our long-term goals. They are made up of a series of micro and macro strategies that work together to achieve our desired outcome. These strategies are essential for success in both our personal lives and businesses.

We’ll explore how to take the emotion out of how we view ourselves and the labels we use, and look at undesired outcomes as symptoms of failed strategies. I’ll take you through examples of how I’ve seen my clients use this secret to create amazing results and show you how you can use it across different aspects of your life.

When you’re working towards your big life goals and it feels like you’re not really getting anywhere or moving as fast as you’d like to and you’ve hit a plateau, it’s natural to start questioning if you’re even meant to achieve this at all. 

Everyone around you may be telling you to go down the safe path because they care about you and don’t understand the journey you’ve embarked on. You’re feeling impatient with your growth but ultimately, deep down, you know it’s not about how much time it takes.

Do you feel yourself stuck on a plateau so you start setting goals to try and break through?

Or we can become so fixated and we work ourselves so extremely hard that we end up feeling completely empty and not enjoying the process.

Because we don’t want to drag ourselves over the finish line with nothing left in the tank, feeling so incredibly burnt out and are so exhausted we never want to go for anything else. 

I'm going to help you make it happen in a way that is way simpler, exciting and, most importantly, far easier to repeat again and again whenever you want. 

I’ll show you how to destroy the glitz and glamour of your goal by using my 42 reverse punches that break down the outcome into easy, energising and sustainable steps. I used this method to win a world title in martial arts without being the biggest, the best athlete or with the most experience. 

It’s all about finding order in chaos. 

I’ll take you through these questions to prompt your journaling and figure out what your ultimate outcome is and the person you want to be when you get there:  

1. What's the thing I want? Everybody has a thing that they want. Take a moment to have a good think about it and don't lie to yourself.
2. What characteristics do the people at the top of their game in this field embody? Or, what kind of characteristics do I know I need to embody?
3. Outside of talent and the steps to get there, what are the tiny actions I could do every single day that I could track that would move the needle forward to becoming that person?
4. How can I destroy this outcome to its most pure, raw 42 reverse punches form? Have I practised order from chaos? 

Destroy all the drama and the glitz of the goal. You just need to be who you need to be, and it could happen at any moment.

I get asked this question all of the time in my group training programs so I thought it would be really fun and helpful to share it today with you. 

I know that often people think that the perfect marketing strategy or shiny new website will get you a whole heap of new clients but it’s just one piece in a pie. You can have the most amazing marketing, but if you provide a terrible customer experience, your clients feel incredibly stressed working with you, all the payments are clunky, and your clients can't get in touch with someone - marketing will actually kill your business as fast as it grows. 

So today, I’m going to be sharing with you my experiences, how I’ve been trained and how I train my clients to think when looking for different places to find and enrol new clients. 

We’ll go through how elements of high tech and high touch businesses can complement each other and 14 different ways to find new clients and start creating a customer experience. 

The first 10 don't even have anything to do with having the perfect marketing strategy or your message being super clear or designing the perfect website. I didn't have any of that for the first 4 years of my business, and when I got really caught up in needing to have that, my business drastically slowed down. I stopped doing all of the things that made my business work, like going out and having fun - I learned it’s all about doing that combination of both high touch and high tech. 

In today’s social media it often seems like you need to be the loudest and put so much of yourself out there…literally. But it's often the quiet, consistent things that make the biggest difference in people trusting and knowing you and feeling comfortable, safe and excited to work with you.

We all love planners. They’re cute, funky and bought with the best intentions to organise and revolutionise our lives so we get the most out of every day. I’m no different, I have the cutest little planner in the world and I love tracking everything BUT if we don’t have a practice and system for using them, they’re just going to be a fancy notebook sitting on our desk full of our hopes, dreams and lists. 

In today’s episode, I’m taking you through the system that has changed my life - the weekly review. This system has been influenced by the Getting Things Done program by David Allen and my own coaching knowledge, experience and wisdom. 

I’ll take you through the exact steps of how to do a weekly review and how you can tweak them to be specific for you because we’re not all the same. Trust me, by dedicating an hour or two every week to reset, clear out your inboxes, clear desks, look back on what you’ve done, celebrate the wins, learn from the losses, look at what worked and planning your week ahead - you’ll gain so much clarity around how you’re spending your time, what you’ve accomplished and where you need to focus in the upcoming weeks. 

Life happens, stuff pops up and we get distracted. We’re human! By incorporating a weekly review in, you’ll be like a pilot constantly readjusting the flight path to stay on course. 

This is the best method I’ve found to take control and stop just ignoring things and hoping they go better next time. You will start to feel organised when you bring attention to what is unconscious, reviewing weekly will change your life, I promise you that!

Today I have something special for you if you want to become more productive, more energized, more joyful, and want to live a meaningful life that is specifically designed for you. 

As creatives and high performers we tend to take on a lot of extra responsibilities and obligations because we don’t want to let anyone down and often they’re stressing us out and leaving us with no time to create. So how do we gain clarity around how we spend our time - by conducting an energy audit. 

I invite you to grab a pen and paper and listen in to do an audit on everything that is energizing you and everything that is draining you every day. When you see it all on paper, you can start to focus on the things that are energizing you and filling you with joy and fulfillment, start doing less of what drains you, or if you can’t do less, intentionally shift your focus onto it to break it down so it doesn’t overwhelm you. 

I managed to redesign my life and business when I did an energy audit and examine everything that energized me and everything that drained me and left me feeling exhausted. By making positive changes to how I structured my day, the environment I surrounded myself with and giving myself space to create, I was able to recover from almost three years of debilitating chronic fatigue and still be here running a business over ten years later. 

I’ll run you through how to audit where you’re spending your energy and time to creatively redesign your life and business. We don’t have to follow society and work 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday! That’s the wonderful and incredible thing about owning your own business or being a leader - you have the ability to decide what works for you.

What happens when we feel we’ve achieved an amazing transformation internally but just don’t feel like the external world has changed that much? It can even often feel worse than it did before because you’ve made such incredible internal shifts while work, relationships or your finances feel stuck. 

In today’s episode I’m going to teach you one of my favourite Superfreak high performance habits where we look at the extraordinary and bring the ordinary back. I use this tool every day to help my clients who want to create impossible things and achieve their big, audacious, hairy goals but don’t know how to bridge the gap between where they are and where they dream of being. 

Let’s start by pausing and taking a moment to reflect on the little shifts in your physical world that are compounding over time to give you the success you are looking for. It can often feel like nothing is happening and you’re wading through honey but if you are consistent and keep going, the people surrounding you will start noticing and you’ll start seeing the external shifts around you so keep going. 

I’ll take you through my tool to turn your big goals into process driven projects that you can start implementing in your everyday life. There will be tiny little actions you can start to work towards your vision of the future person you want to be and the life you want to have. 

After listening to this episode, write down your huge audacious goal and start brainstorming the differences and actions you can take to become the person you want to become. Everything you want is so much closer than you think - so start today!

On today’s episode I’m checking in on how you’re implementing the advice I gave in my previous episode about ridding ourselves of New Year’s resolutions. Did you slip up and get absorbed scrolling endlessly through Instagram looking at the constant posts about setting resolutions? Don’t worry I’m here to help you unclench and start breathing again. 

This episode is for you if you want to start 2023 differently from every other year but don’t know how to. You’re probably already feeling stressed, stretched and worried that we’re already in January and the year will zoom by. 

Did you know that all of us overestimate what we can do in one year and underestimate what we can do in five years? Why? Because our brains can’t fully understand exponential growth and compounding interest. We need to look at achievement differently than the traditional, patriarchal and capitalist viewpoint and look at it as a journey of moving forward from just good to astonishment. This is the notion of compounding success where we see what’s on the other side of each step and are super excited to move to the next level. 

I’ll take you through how to understand compounding efforts, compounding effects and how these lead to success in your life. You can start to transform your entire life by taking your first steps in the next 90 days. 90 days is long enough for you to decide if you hate something, leave, quit, stop, come back, start again, make mistakes and achieve results. 

We’ll explore how compounding efforts lead to big changes by focusing on the tiny little things you do every day. I’ll take you through examples of how these compounding efforts lead to compounding success by showing you how real people have gotten there - it all starts with a tiny little step. 

And most importantly, don’t get caught up in timelines, do what you can right now in this moment. 

So if you feel like you’re already behind because it’s January - take a moment and breathe. Remember that you have so much time. Your timelines are yours and you can decide when things need to happen.

As a coach, I have a lot of conversations with my clients about the offerings that they’re putting out into the world. It is so exciting launching something new, running another round of a program or opening up a new way for someone to work with you, but how do you handle the inevitable rejection?

You can feel like you’re doing all the right things and It can be a real hit to the ego when your offer or service is met with a “no”. 

I want to remind you that there are a number of reasons why someone might say no, and it’s totally okay. The four reasons I mention in today’s episode are:

1. They don't see the value. This could be because they don't fully understand your work, or because it doesn't align with their priorities. If this is the case, it's important to try and clearly communicate the value of your work and how it can benefit the person you're trying to work with.
2.  No connection to you. If you don't know the person well, they can’t connect with you on social media or if you have different professional or personal interests, it might be difficult to get them on board with what you have to offer. They have to feel like they can relate to you in some way.
3. The timing isn't right. The person you're trying to work with might be too busy with other commitments, or there might be other factors that make it difficult for them to work with you at the moment. In this case, it might be helpful to try and find out where they’re at and follow up with them next time you’re running the offer or program.
4. It's just a no. Sometimes, people say no for no particular reason. It can be frustrating, but it's important to remember that everyone has their own priorities and motivations, and it's not always possible to understand why someone might not want to work with you. This is totally okay. Not everyone is going to be a yes!



Just because someone says no doesn't mean you're doing something wrong. It could be one of the  four reasons I mentioned in today’s episode, or something else entirely. The important thing is to keep an open mind and try to understand where the other person is coming from. Check in with your ego, and keep going. Your people are out there and if you’re consistent, they’ll find you.
