  • Episode 126: Are you in control?

In this episode, I share a recent experience in which control was taken from me. When we experience disappointments, it is often because we have lost control and that hurts. We can learn to recover with practical tips and strategies for healing. However, we should never feel rushed to "get over it" because part of healing is working through each aspect of disappointment. In the end, I was reminded that God is really in control and I am reminded of the importance of letting go.
