Marc Cappiello is a hockey-playing, meat-eating machine, also with a heck of a muscular base and a bench press that puts my lifts to shame! Marc has been with us going on his third month now. We always joke here about how workout and meal plans are our passion because that's how you live and look your best, but the real serendipity is being able to connect on a deeper level with relationships like these. I've been blessed to learn a great deal from these two fine gentlemen probably more than they learn from me! And I'm talking, DADLIFE, BUSINESS, and TRAINING!!
Marc started off getting seeing very fast results in terms of muscle building AND fat loss even at his young age of 39.
Although continuing to see strength improvements, his fat loss has stalled for quite some time now. We've done about everything we can think of in terms of
macro and training manipulations we can think of and are very frustrated about where his progress is stalling. We'll get more into detail on that and with the
help of Coach Mark, continue to troubleshoot other ways to help this man break through his fat loss plateau and get the results he signed up for!
Whenever I don't know the answer to something, I ask someone who has more experience than I do. I'm also a busy businessman and
