We hosted Lance Cannon of Better Beverage Leaders representing the iconic global beer brand, Delirium. A beer maker with the distinct honor of being voted "World's Best Beer" and we're here to say, "Congratulation's, you did it, World's Best Beer!" It was great to host one of the industry's staple brands, one that got so many of us into Craft Beer in the first place. It was a fantastic night and a treat to get Lance's insights representing such an amazing globally-recognized brand, including the psychological hurdle of marketing a traditional, high-ABV Belgium Golden Strong Ale to a consumer base currently obsessed with fruit slushies and hazy IPAs.

We were excited to chat with our friend, Owner Jeremy Roberts of 903 Brewers about his journey in Craft Beer since opening his Sherman brewery in 2013. Jeremy is now officially one of the NTX OGs and has built a brand known for BIG BOLD flavors and decadent brews of all styles, including their celebrated Barrel Aged Imperial Stouts. We breakdown the raw reality of sourcing, storing and processing massive quantities of fruit purees, marshmallows and baked goods required for their signature styles.
