This week we are highlighting the fantastic brews from our South Main Village neighbor, HopFusion Aleworks with Owner Macy Moore. Macy was a pioneer in the South Main Village, paving the way for this beautiful neighborhood to grow and flourish. He's been a beloved member of both the DFW Craft Beer community & and the Near Southside for years as he's always been the first to lend a hand on projects big and small and last to accept help in any form. A true Craft Beer sage for the rest of us to lean on. I feel like I can never thank him enough for his help with this little draft house on South Main.

This week were are excited to expand the scope of the Thursday Supplier Spotlight as we welcome our friends from Texmalt for a special Malt Symposium! Texmalt is a local Craft Malt House that sources high quality local grains to malt for local brewers and distillers. In constant search of knowledge & appreciation for the industry we enjoy, we were looking forward to this evening, diving into the ingredient & supply side of the brewing process... while we had a glass of tasty, cold beer in hand of course.

This week we are excited to host Brewer Brice Kesterson of Four Bullets Brewery in Richardson, Texas. Brice is actually a Fort Worth resident and regular to the Southside Cellar taproom and we were excited to host him for this week's episode. It was awesome to hear Brice's Craft Beer journey and his tenure at Four Bullets. Four Bullets planted their flag in Richardson in 2015 with distinct English style brews in a pub like atmosphere. It was a treat to hang with our friend in the taproom for this episode, and raise a proper pint to Four Bullets this week.
