Lisa Hendey and Bayleigh Westerlund welcome Crystal Marchand, from Project YM from the floor of the Los Angeles Religious Ed Congress in Anaheim, CA.

Crystal is the Director of Engagement at ProjectYM, where she gets to spend her days accompanying Catholic youth ministers. She is married to the love of her life and best friend, Michael Marchand, who also happens to be her boss. She loves board games, the outdoors, crafting, and most of all, her 4 beautiful children - Noah, Ruth, Esther, and Abigail!
