The U.S. Supreme Court gave President Trump an early win in the ongoing saga of the mass deportations of Venezuelan criminals. It ruled that the federal judge in D.C. did not have jurisdiction to block the Trump Administration from mass deportations and would need to go through the proper federal court to have the deportation order reviewed. The Court also held that illegal aliens do have a right to judicial review through a habeas petition. The Sekulow team discusses the early win for Trump at the Supreme Court, the stock market rebounding after Trump’s tariffs, U.S. foreign policy, the ACLJ’s legal work – and much more.
