In this gut-wrenching episode, we sit down with Jesse Riley, the voice of the Voiceless, as she recounts the harrowing journey her family has endured following the murder of her brother, Joshua Daniel Pacheco. The tragedy took place in October 2016, with the wrong man arrested and spending eight months in jail for a crime he didn't commit. Jesse opens up about Joshua's tumultuous relationship with his girlfriend, the unsettling inconsistencies in the investigation, and the impact on her family as they tirelessly fight for the truth and justice.

As we dig deeper into the case, we uncover alarming discrepancies between the confession of the ex-husband and the evidence presented by the forensic pathologist.
