I'm hearing moms caring for kids with extra-ordinary needs telling me they want to live more intentionally. Their lives are hectic and chaotic - time seems to be slipping away and they have no idea where all the time has gone.
When I ask people what they think of when they hear the word intentional they immediately go to accomplishments, tasks, and goals. To them living intentionally is making sure all the things they wanted to fit in, made it. I will have another podcast all about that! but for today let's stick with the IDEA of the intention.
Go with me on this.
Listen in and tell me if I've changed how you think of things.

Seasons a word that describes our moment in time wrapping the struggles, weight, schedules, and daily lives all up in a neat bow. When there is nothing neat about it.
In this episode, we'll talk about the connection I've seen between certain seasons and how we feel about our personal freedom. As well as the interesting correlations I've seen over the years that make a huge difference in my client's lives.

It's not glamorous, mysterious, or even fun. But it's oh, so important. Is a difference between feeling lost in grasping for lifelines or making decisions because they feel right from a place of strength and confidence. It doesn't mean that everything will turn out as you plan. And it doesn't mean that you'll feel more comfortable with the outcome because it was your choice.
So, what do I mean? I mean when you make a choice based on other people's opinions without exploring if it's right for you. Then you give your power away. It's like when we were kids. And you did what your parents said, even if you didn't feel right to you
Hearing from the speakers over the last week, reminded me starting small is starting. Hearing from attendees also reminded me of the season that I was once in.
The season of getting up each day and committing my life to their care, in the beginning, was just what I did. Right. It's just, just what you do.
I did it, but over time it wore on me. It drained me. I had lost my spark for my life.
So what do we do? Tune in and let's talk!
So your child with health issues has made it through high school. Just about finishing it. It was most likely a struggle. You were an advocate, you were a cheerleader and a medical manager, all for your child. You also saw the potential of their dreams and fought with them to get there.
So now what?
In this episode, we'll be talking about the four people/ departments that are important for an easy transition to going to college.
Make sure you listen to the end for a special surprise!

We have come to the point of the year that either we've moved on from our shiny new year idea. Or we're putting things in place to make them happen. But sometimes if we're being honest, we need a little support to remind us of what's possible. I know last year, that is something that I did.
Our secret thoughts keep us from moving forward and yet we often don't see them as big enough to get help with.
