When we are busy it is SO easy to just rush through what you need to do, without a lot of thought of what your doing or why you are doing, you are just doing so you can get it all done. I know, you know what that feels like. Managing energy is another subject for another day but today, I want you to think about being in the moment: not before the moment, or after the moment but IN THE MOMENT. Put all your thoughts, energy and doing to what the moment is and then do it again in the next moment. Now, a moment could be an hour or a day, but the point is whatever you are doing at any given time FOCUS on that, 100%: and like everything that we need to do better at, it takes 'being mindful' and practice. You can do it, I know you can.
