Janet M. Neal is a “Reformed Superwoman” who has learned how to lead a “should free”, productive, joyful, and powerful life, and believes all women can do the same. In addition to her job working as a global client rep for 19 years at IBM, she founded IBM NJ’s first work/life balance initiative in 1995. In 2000 she left to follow this passion, addressing corporate work/life balance issues, through her company, Productivity Resource Group. In 2007 she added to her coaching and consulting work by founding “The Professional Women's Center”, addressing the desire on the part of women to connect and having no facility designed to allow it. She has worked with entrepreneurs at The Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership (IFEL) and at C3Workplace, and is currently the Founder and Queen Bee at The Superbwoman, Inc., whose mission is to provide women with the resources and opportunities to step into their innate power, for the betterment of all. And in 2020, Janet helped found Next Steps Navigation, a boutique coaching solution to help recent or soon-to-be college graduates get on their right path, taking their next steps into #adulting.

Janet is a corporate trainer and speaker and a Board Member of the NYC Chapter of the National Speaker Association. She is the author of Soul in Control: Reflections of a Reformed Superwoman and The Superbwoman: It’s All About the BE.  Janet is a contributor to numerous business publications and hosts a web show called “Superbwoman Sundays at 7.” Ms. Neal holds a BS in Education from Central Michigan University and a MA in Spiritual Psychology from The University of Santa Monica. She holds ACC coaching accreditation, from IPEC coaching. Janet lives in NJ and is the mother of 3 superb young adults and 3 amazing granddaughters.

Born in Britain, raised in South Africa, resident in The Netherlands. Nowhere and Everywhere are home
I am a published author, poet, musician and artist. I have also been an entrepreneur for over 25 years. The link that joins everything in my life together is creativity.
By sharing what I know about this human capacity I aim to improve the world, one presentation at a time. I have been on stage in one capacity or another since 1980. I bring experience, research, humour and passionate energy to every presentation I do.
When I write a poem, I solve a problem: how to express a specific feeling in a way that will be recognised and empathised with. And every time I train, speak or coach, I aim to do the same thing: solve or help solve the problem that lies in front of my client.
I am forever curious, which leads me to always ask WHY… and HOW? As a result, my career has enabled me to join dots across many worlds.
In film, they say there are only 4 stories. In life, solutions from one sphere often work well in another. I believe we are all creative and that making creativity a skill in your armoury of tools will empower you to observe, analyse and make decisions.
My speaking is aimed at helping individuals, teams and companies get better at utilising, rowing and improving their creative capacities because creativity will help us be the best versions of ourselves.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Austin was most recently seen in the North American tour of The Phantom of the Opera. Prior to that, she was a company member with Bruce Wood Dance for three years. Other credits include "A Chorus Line" (Connie), Buglisi Dance Theatre, as well as pre-production for The Public Theater and Disney Cruise Line.
Austin began her professional training at Canada’s National Ballet School and earned a BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College, where she also minored in Arts Management. Upon graduation, she was the recipient of Marymount's coveted Gold Key Award for excellence in dance.
Outside of performing, Austin is the Development Associate at Artists Striving to End Poverty (ASTEP), a New York City based organization that connects visual and performing artists with children in under-resourced communities, teaching important life skills through the arts. She is also the creator of Studio A, an online guide to the logistics of a career in dance or musical theatre.

Liberty is the Founder/Editor-in-Chief of Manic Metallic, a fashion publication built around the idea of respecting fashion as both an art and a discipline. She founded Manic Metallic in 2019 as a response to the fashion industry becoming more and more commercialized at a cost to quality coverage of talent native to fashion itself. Manic Metallic aims to critique all subjects and individuals fairly, with a strict removal of bias as its goal, and has the ultimate desire of making the industry stronger.

Before founding Manic Metallic, she worked in the tech and marketing industries. Her desire to work in fashion has never waned. She’s been devoted to fashion since she can remember, and has absorbed fashion magazines and websites religiously from the age of 8. She began modeling as a teen, and modeled part-time throughout her early-mid 20s. However, her sights were set on starting her own business. As someone that did not attend fashion school, she’s proud to say that she has still been able to carve out her own niche in the industry and looks forward to having maximum impact on fashion’s future in the years to come.
