2020 has been quite a year for creativity. 
The challenges and silver linings of this year have been profound.

Jasmin Morad Rinna is a Los-Angeles based yoga-loving, spiritual-centered lawyer, wife, mom and general passionate human being.  She is a second-generation Persian-American who grew up in Southern California after living in different states and abroad until age 12.  Jasmin has been the in-house employment attorney for a Fortune 50 company the past eight years and was a civil trial attorney both in New York City and Los Angeles for a decade before going in-house. Creativity through the lens of a  Musical Theater Performer, Wedding Make-up Artist, Paradox Process Facilitator & Insurance Agent.

Theresa grew up in Lancaster PA, and received a BA in Music - Vocal Performance from Millersville University. She has performed in professional musical theatre venues around the country. Theresa also received her makeup artist certification from The Makeup Designory in SoHo, New York, when she was 18. She is now a renown wedding makeup artist in Central Pennsylvania, and is a The Knot’s Best Of wedding vendor award winner, 3 years running. She has also been a licensed insurance agent in Pennsylvania for 12 years. Theresa is also a Gold Leader for The Body Shop at Home direct sales company. Most recently, Theresa completed her training to become a facilitator for The Paradox Process (paradoxprocess.org) a therapeutic modality that is based off of meditative practices and cognitive behavioral therapy. The Paradox Process is best described as tools, exercises, and emotional technology to assist people in managing challenging emotions, situations, and experiences. She is also writing a book about her own life challenges and experience with mindfulness, meditation, and manifesting the life you want, which she hopes to have published in 2022. Theresa currently resides in Pennsylvania with her husband Craig, her 2 step-sons Aidan and Braedan (they’re twins!) and their new kitten Sanssouci; though they all have IMMINENT plans to move south and settle down in Florida!

Sherean is a Colorado native who for the past 4 years has operated and owned a local business in Greenwood Village in medical esthetics.  She has been singing since she was a kid and has provided free entertainment for her family and those around her whether they like or not.  She  continued singing and performing throughout her education and graduated with her BFA in Musical theater.  She has performed in numerous productions around town including the world premier of The Armenian musical I AM ALIVE which debuted in Denver and LA!  To support her career in performing, Sherean has been an esthetician for 8 years. Her passions include animal welfare and rescue, all things performance, and her business in medical esthetics.  You will always find Sherean being distracted and following a dog she just saw.  By the way, tell your dog Sherean says hi :)

"Creativity means being origional and authentically you."

Over the course of his basketball career, he suffered his fair share of serious injuries. But, the toughest injury he suffered was the identity crisis I experienced when his career was over.
He was so focused on the title of becoming a "professional athlete", that he never thought about the end goal of what he wanted to create in life. For most of his life, he saw sport as the only way he could create success in life.
He was selling himself short, putting himself in a box.
When it was time for a new journey and an identity shift, he realized that he had to understand where he ultimately wanted to be in life and who he wanted to become. That way, he could be flexible with the journey it took to get there while still applying the same skills and principles that I used in athletics.
Now, he spends his time trying to inspire and impact others by constantly improving himself and not being defined by a “title”.
He produces and hosts a podcast with a good friend and mentor of his, Mason Eddy, called Playing Injured. Which is all about taking the path with the most resistance and turning your adversity into your advantage.
On the show, they’ve had the pleasure of interviewing top entrepreneurs, authors, entertainers, and former/current professional athletes. Some of their guests include Evan Carmichael, Anthony Trucks, Mark Metry & Jevon Carter of the Phoenix Suns.
He's a Senior Account Executive at a “Best Place to Work” named by both Crain’s and Inc. Magazine, Smokeball. Where he consults with law firm owners nationwide, on how to best modernize their practice and increase revenue in the new age of tech.

After graduating from John Carroll University with her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science and Entrepreneurship in 2017, Leah founded Empowered & Poised LLC. She is currently working towards her Master of Science in Social Administration (MSW equivalent) with a focus on School Social Work at Case Western Reserve University.
