Creativity through the lens of an author, concert curator and lyric coloratura soprano
"Allowing yourself to be open and be free enough to find when the inspiration hits you so that you can let that lead you to a result."
Stephanie Ann Ball has been invited to perform as a soloist in operas, oratorios, and on concert series alongside world-renowned composers across the country. She has also created concept programs that showcase the many contributions African Americans have made to classical music: The Pillars of African American Art Song, Headed Up to Glory, and Renaissance and Remembrance. She performs the lyric coloratura repertoire with passion and sensitivity and has thrilled audiences in works such as L’elisir D’amore, Die Fledermaus, Mozart’s Requiem, von Weber’s Mass in G, and many others.

Creativity through the lens of a Third Grade Teacher & Drag Queen
"Creativity is being authentically yourself, not trying to copy someone else or be someone else."
Stuart Sanks is a Renaissance man of sorts. He teaches third graders at the Studio School in Northglenn, CO. In addition to the standard curriculum, he writes plays for his students to perform as part of the arts curriculum. In his spare time, he performs all over town. Most recently, he has developed a drag character, Shirley Delta Blow, who hosts shows and bingo events. A big city girl with small town dreams, Shirley Delta Blow came west to seek her fortune. Good for you, Denver is as far as she got. She is an event hostess, a drag performer and a queen. Shirley performs on stages all over the state. Her unique and quirky style has lead to shows like Drag Machine and DragOn! at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, and Drag Decades at the Clocktower Cabaret, now in its fifth year. She also reads books for children and their families at story times hosted by libraries and bookstores, as well as her FaceBook Live show, I Love That Story. In addition, Stuart travels and trains teachers all over the country in cooperative learning. And if that’s not enough, he enjoys reading, movies and his partner Jim.

Creativity through the lens of a musician
"The only thing I know is I don't"
I'm Wil Snyder and... I Are Wil! A multi-instrumentalist from Denver, CO. Ever since I got sober 4 years ago in Jan 2016, I've been pursuing my career in the music realm, which includes a lot of hats. I compose for, arrange for, and play in a diverse set of bands full time and spend pretty much any free time I have being creative in some form or fashion. I love passing along what I've learned, as is the mark of any true musician. I teach my self developed curriculum "Speaking the Language of Music" to private students and in group settings with roaring success stories of all ages and skillsets. So much so, I'm turning it into a book and audiobook series right now!
Most importantly, I recently helped found a non-profit organization, Colorado Artists in Recovery https://www.coloradoartistsinrecovery.org/. We provide a safe haven for members of the recovery community to nurture their creativity and spirituality by way of free classes.
