Week 7 is upon us!

The guys pull out their magic 8 balls and try to perfectly predict (again) the results of the week's games. Heavy is the head that wears the crown. This week proves to be tougher than last week with many even matchups scheduled. A lot of results look like they will be tossups.

The drama is definitely there, with Sean Payton coming to the city that he brought a ring to (only to abandon before his contract ended) in 2009. His new Broncos are underdogs in what could be a revenge game that could possibly get the Payton weight off of Dennis Allen's shoulders.

The Texans/Packers, Lions/Vikings and Chiefs/49ers all look like compelling matchups, while the Giants/Eagles is a divisional matchup AND revenge game with Saquon Barkley taking on his former team that seems to be overmatched on paper, but scrappy in general.

Week 6 is in the books!

For the first time ever, the Flip Em Pick 'Em picks were 100% correct! That's right, the guys called each game correctly, but somehow never thought to bet the picks, so they are still poor and will continue podcasting (which is a silver lining). In more good news, neither of their teams lost (Dolphins were on a bye), though the Falcons did give a bit of a scare. The boys are happy. By the boys, we don't mean the Cowboys, who managed a paltry nine points in a blowout loss to the ever-impressive Lions. On that note, thoughts and positive vibes go out to a pod favorite Aiden Hutchinson who went down with a horrific injury.

Bad teams kept bad teaming in week 6, with favorites handling their business for once. A week of no upsets makes us think we've got our finger on the pulse of the league. Some standout performances were Baker Mayfield (Jon's new boo), Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, Derrick Henry and A.J Brown. There's room for improvement for the Cowboys, Browns and Cardinals, among others. The guys dig right in with their takes.

The boys are back with another emergency podcast episode!

Cue the sirens because the first coach fired is official. Robert Saleh is no longer at the helm of the New York Jets. Was this a good decision? His record of 20-36 is pretty bad, but you kinda know what he is as a coach. It can be argued that he overachieved last season considering the circumstances. Was this a bad move by owner Woody Johnson? Did Aaron Rodgers cause this? Will Saleh be okay? Will the Jets? Is this interim coach (Ulbrich) going to swoop in and be the first interim coach to win the Super Bowl?

Week 6 is upon us!

This season has officially moved into the second quarter and the guys now have a feel (or think they do) for what each team will bring going forward. The playoff race is heating up and this week looks to be a pivotal one.

The first post-bye week games are underway this week, with the Eagles and Lions primed to play for good standing in their respective divisions. The Bengals appear to be set to make a run after a disappointing first quarter of the season. Can they really make a playoff run in the strong AFC? The Chargers haven't made much of a fuss this year, but maybe that quiet team is prime to make a move in the next few weeks. The Dolphins will limp into their much-needed bye week, but will the rest of the AFC pull away from them? Will the Browns wisen up and part ways with Deshaun Watson? Are the Commanders going to keep cruising like this, or is it time for a wakeup call? So many questions that our boys think they have answers to.

Week 5 is in the books!

Jon and Schif are happy after their teams got victories, though Jon is still worried about his Dolphins. There were a few upsets again this week that the guys discuss, as well as some outcomes that leave some fan bases pretty worried. The Deshaun Watson situation is getting worse and worse. The Vikings somehow keep winning just like the undefeated Chiefs.

The Ravens are still impressive, though they only squeaked out a victory over the Bengals, who must be just about ready to hit the panic button. The Bears are coming into form... or? The Panthers might not be the best barometer, but Caleb looked well worth his price in his best game yet. The Bucs/Falcons game delivered maybe the best action of the week, with both quarterbacks looking like top 5 in the NFC.

The guys close with their MVPs, Trash, Shit Got Learned and Speck Awards, as well as reveal their most dangerous teams.

The guys are still reeling from the handful of upsets and surprises. Jon is sad about his team and hopeful that they can have a real offense some time before 2025. Week 4 is upon us!

Time flies and we now know more about each team. This means picks will be easier to make, no? Week 3 is in the books!

Jon and Schif had bad Sundays, as both of their teams lost, but they are here nonetheless to talk about the other games. There were plenty more upsets this week, with every remaining person in the eliminator league losing this weekend. That was quick! Jon, however, wants you and the world to know that he is #1 in the Pigskin Pickem group.
