OH WOW - this one was always going to be struggle to get through without laughing. Not the actual concept of oil pulling, because that’s awesome, but because 20 mins of talking about putting stuff in our mouths sent Joey and Lucy into a bit of mega laughing melt down.

We challenge you to get through this weeks episode without having all out belly laughs!

One the serious side, the concept of oil pulling is another example of how such a small habit can have a big impact on overall health and wellbeing, and something that has been used for hundred of years, based in Ayurvedic medicine.

Special guest Lena joined us this week! One of our friends and fellow clients at FiT that we met in the sauna! We had a lot to learn this week!

Lena is an ex-cardiac nurse with years of experience, who now works with a doctor to provide IV infusions for a variety of vitamins, minerals and supplements.

We were in awe of her knowledge and experience, and it really sorted the women from the girls this week - turns out Lucy is made of much stronger stuff than Joey and her needle phobia!
