Betty is done with Jughead’s nonsense and rounds up the other children of the Midnight club to do some classic Betty’s-Bad-Investigating™ and ask their parents for clues about who killed Featherhead. Reggie gets a black eye and Marty Mantle gain a lead in the run for Worst Parent of Riverdale. Jughead sounds absolutely insane talking with Betty about how everything is a quest and everything is connected. He is probably right that it is a larger game, but he could be less of a prat about it (really with the bowing Jughead? Really?) At the next fight a wig-clad Veronica managed to sneak in and see Archie, he is not interested in talking and just wants to fuck. Archie notes he could maybe escape out the large drain that could fit five children easily. With the help of smoke bombs he does just that after getting stabbed/kissed and fighting the not-dead Mad Dog. Oh and it turns out the Warden was also playing G&G Mari and Caitlin then name basically everyone in the show as possible Gargoyle King, from Hermione to Fred, from Pop Tate to Clifford Blossom. The Flashback episode!! The parents are so sensitive- loosely tied to one murder and they all abandon hope and just give up? Classic Riverdale in that they try to make us forget details about people we already know like: FP joined the serpents after his dad kicked him out when he was 16 and the Fred Heads played the homecoming dance while Hal and Alice were crowned homecoming queen/king fighting about the baby. The real surprise was how hot Tom Keller and Sierra were, damn that kiss though. Also surprise hot moment by the vending machines between FP and Hermione. No one in the writers room seems to understand how pregnancy works. If Alice is pregnant at the top of the show then she is at least a month along, then after 5 or more weeks of G&G we are looking at 2 or 3 months along in the pregnancy - there is no way Hal would believe that baby is his. DAAAAria stops by to talk all the hot gossip on the Riverdale cast

Hiram drops off a (probably bugged) portrait to Veronica's WAY TOO LARGE basement speakeasy that only serves mocktails and for some reason has a valet service even though Pop's has a parking lot larger than a city block. Also Reggie is so shirtless and so dumb I am surprised Veronica's moron-sexual hands can keep to themselves. Take 30 shots for all the times Jingle Jangle was spoken. Betty thinks the farm and the cult are related and the dynamic duo decide to investigate Ethel over Evelyn’s because she’s creepier. Joke's on them because Ethel is hella creepy. She steals a kiss from Juggie in a candle filled bunker before trying to kill herself in a religious martyr kind of way. FP and Alice are a-fuckin' and get triggered about the blue lips. Archie has apparently been fighting everyone on the playground when he was a kid (?) so he is the perfect candidate for a prison fight club. He also after exactly one month in the prison he PLEAD GUILTY TO GO TO is planning a great escape.
