We've all heard what they say - money is the #1 cause of divorce. In the U.S. most folks aren’t taught how to deal with their finances. There’s no “Money 101” course in high school or college. Often, we’re left to piece together what we saw our parents do and throw in some things we may have learned along the way.
In this episode, we're talking all about our money mindsets and how we came to learn about handling our coins. In our own marriages, we handle the money a little differently but we've found a system that works for us and we're perfecting it everyday.

The ladies of Swirl & Sip definitely love to see the world. Between the two of us we've been to several countries and two continents (besides the U.S). Traveling is not only a great way to experience new cultures and places but is an amazing way to bring back that spark that you may have forgotten about in your relationship.
In this episode, we're talking all about how travel can save marriages and your sanity with our guests Brianna - one half of Waunderlust Travel. Her and her hubby have several travel groups including One Dope Weekend and the Women of Waunderlust with the goal of helping people see the world (with or without their spouse in tow).

What comes to mind when you see #blacklove? The hashtag exists because positive examples of successful Black relationships need to be seen since the media doesn't always portray what many couples are experiencing. But when only 1/2 of that couple is black, do you still fall into that #blacklove space?
In this episode, we have our first guests Ashleigh and Rajesh on to what it means to be in an interracial relationship and how that affects everything from how others see us and how we plan on raising our kids. And get ready for the new hashtag - #brownlove!

"But you say she's just a friend...". In 2020 how do really feel about our partners having friends of the opposite sex? Some will say they have no problem with it while others insist that men and women can't be "just friends".
In this episode, we discuss why being open to your partner having opposite sex friendships can actually be a good thing for you and Sasha's own struggle with being the only girl member of her friend group.

How do you manage who takes care of what at home? Are you a "Susie Homemaker" or are you bringing home the bacon? Or both? Modern marriages mean that sometimes those gender roles no longer apply.
In this episode, we discuss how we we divide up the chores in our households are why it works for us. Sometimes that means the hubby does the laundry while we manage the finances. But however it's broken down, finding a system that works can sometimes be a big challenge!

Which is harder - becoming a wife or becoming a mom? The answer may be pretty straightforward for some but making the adjustment to any new role can be a challenge.
In this episode, we discuss how we made the adjustment to becoming wives and moms and the role that we found harder to adapt to. We're talking taboos of not feeling that instant motherly love and how hard it is to be a wife after becoming a mom.
