How many times have you done something to show your partner some love to only have them act unappreciative? Most likely it was because you were speaking YOUR love language and not THEIRS.
In this episode, we're talking Love Languages and the book "The 5 Love Languages: The Secret to Love That Lasts" By Gary Chapman. We're talking all about how our own love language has changed over the years and how learning to love your partner in the way they receive love can do wonders for your relationship.

Growing up how often did you hear "We've always done it this way" without ever really knowing why. In many families, the way we parent, even the way were are as people, is passed down from generation to generation without explanation. Only tradition.
In this episode, Shara's husband Brandon joins us as we talk breaking those generational curses. We're talking everything from why we want to make better health decisions to how we want to parent our sons.

"When are you having a baby?" "When are you having another baby?" "You'll change your mind." If you're a woman of child-bearing age you've heard these questions many, many times. We've heard it all too. Right after we were congratulated on getting married came the kids questions. And it can be exhausting.
In this episode, we're talking all about how we made the decision on what the perfect family size means for us. We talk about everything from how we came to the decision on how many kids to have and why even asking the question needs to just go away.
