June 11, 2020 Pikmin
With the GameCube's launch, Nintendo introduced yet another new franchise, this time one with a completely original spin on the real time strategy game genre. With a deadline of 30 days for Captain Olimar to escape by, this title can stress out even the resilient resource managers. Join Neil and Mike as they discuss the game and the franchise's future while friend of the show Ramon Sanchez guest stars to share his experience of game and points out its eerily similar plot to The Martian. Skip to 47:13 to hear Olimar's latest journal entry on the back of the case and stick around until the end for a surprise.
