Sydney Gibson is a soil biology researcher and undergrad student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock who conducted an experiment on soil health in gardens enhanced with Spent Mushroom Substrate this year. The results of the experiment were surprising to her and caught the attention of the online community after a post she made about her research yielded over 300,000 views on Reddit.
