Tailer Trash Fly Fishing

Out of the gate we were sipping a devilishly good beer from VT, courtesy of Appalachian River Guides in NH. Andrew brings us along on his flash flooding trout adventure to NC and without so much as lifting the throttle, we slid through turns one and two and got an update from our Colorado Pro Staffer on his recent tarpon expedition to the middle keys. After that, it’s anyone’s guess, thanks to Jimmy sending some beer from AK.

Following an afternoon of skiff tuning & fishing, a fine evening filled with Canadia jokes, a sticker reveal and a visit from an industry guy from out west made for a good time around the old oak table. Enjoy.

Episode 5 - Tailer Trash - "The Clyde Roadshow" by Tailer Trash

Consensus around the table seemed to be in agreement, the recent publicly stunt, The Florida Skiff Challenge, was not sponsored by Save The Manatee Club. Ben joined us for an update on snow pack levels and the a report on how many Huge Fly Fishermen there are across this great nation. It’s a shorter episode, thanks to a few last minute cancellations...

Fresh off the pond from an impromptu bass contest, the search for sticker art continues as we begin to focus in on one of our early favorites. We catch up on some recent happenings, including a post cold front spring break trip to south Florida and the keys as well as some lagoon fishing. Marc's infatuation with anything Natty, lures Carl and Andrew into 25 ounces of poor judgment. Listen along as all of the remaining details emerge...

Jimmy joined the crew to talk winter banner towing in FL and summer float flying in AK and guide us through some Denali Brewing beers.

Carl breaks down the entry level skiff options out there.

Ben checks in and updated us on the great Rocky Mountains mangrove experiment.

The rest of it, we're going to listen just like you to see what happened...

Episode 1

It's About More Than Fishing

We welcome our good friend Marc Ziegler to the podcast to hear about PHWFF along the Space Coast and how it helps veterans leverage fly fishing as a means to build social networks and shed the stresses of every day life on the water or behind a vise.

Billy Rotne shares more info about upcoming meetings that are meant to engage stakeholders to build a stronger plan to save the Indian River Lagoon.

We drink some fancy beer, thanks Chris Rivera, and some not so fancy ones too and enjoy an evening with friends.

Welcome back to the Tailer Park!

Whats more awesome than a Colorado trout bum invading the tailer park? Skiff Talk, drift boats, inside trout weenie, and a bunch of other shit you'll never hear.

Is thing on?
