We kick off this episode by talking about the effects of burnout and the importance of taking time for ourselves and managing to keep 'the jar' on standby... before we do what we have been terrified of doing… we tell our story. Farah is up first, sharing moments she never thought she’d survive and stories she has never told. Bare with us on this emotional episode.

Following the latest episode where Nat and Kayleigh were chatting about the hit Netflix show, The Tinder Swindler (that Farah hadn't seen) we decided that she should go home and watch it so we could talk about it. So she did. And we did. And in true podcast fashion, we recorded it.
Join us as we talk about red flags, stranger danger, loving love (loving men) and how easy it can be to get swept up in a fairytale ending... even if private jets don't impress us much.
