The Carolina Panthers held their first padded practice of Training Camp on Tuesday morning. Julian Council provides his takeaways from Day 5 of Panthers camp. 

The Panthers announced on Tuesday that running back Rashaad Penny would be retiring. Penny joined the team during free agency after spending last season in Philadelphia. Penny had ties to the majority of the Panthers offensive staff, having played the first handful of years in Seattle. Julian discusses what impact this has on the roster moving forward.
