Sruti graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India in 1997. She completed her Post professional masters in Physical therapy from Loma Linda School of Allied Health in 2000 and her Manual Therapy Certification and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Saint Augustine Florida in 2008. She has been practicing for 26 years, and her areas of interest include Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Oncology Rehabilitation, and Craniofacial Pain for Cervicogenicheadaches, and Management of TMJ. She is a double Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She is also aCertified Lymphedema Therapist, and a Certified Manual Therapist. Sruti works as a senior physical Therapist at Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Plano TX.
Sruti also serves as one of the primary mentors for the Baylor Scott & White Oncology Residency.

Dr David Iglesias , serves as the chief of the University of Florida Division of Gynecologic Oncology. A proud gator, He attended UF for his undergraduate studies, medical school and residency in obstetrics and gynecology. Following residency, he completed a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, where He also earned a Master of Science in biomedical sciences. Prior to UF Health, He was an associate professor of gynecologic oncology at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine and Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He is a board certified in both obstetrics and gynecology and gynecologic oncology. I is also an active member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists, the Mid-Atlantic Gynecologic Oncology Society, and the Felix Rutledge Society.
He enjoys spending time listening to patients, forming relationships with them and their families, and helping them better understand and navigate often difficult clinical scenarios. His goal is to provide a supportive and comfortable environment, where patients can share their story and we can work together to build a comprehensive, personalized care plan — one that incorporates the most up-to-date, evidenced-based treatments while maximizing quality of life.

Amanda Hollinger has served as Executive Director of the Head and Neck Cancer Alliance since 2018. With more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sector, Amanda has held leadership positions in a variety of organizations, including the YWCA of Greater Charleston, Trident Technical College, and as a nonprofit consultant. Her skills include fundraising, federal and foundation grant writing, advocacy, community outreach, and organizational development. Co-authored publications related to head and neck cancer include: Yan, et. al. (2020). The role of head and neck cancer advocacy organizations during the COVID‐19 pandemic. Head & Neck: Journal of the Sciences and Specialties of the Head & Neck (Vol 42, Issue 7) and Reed, et. al. (2010. Oral Cancer Preventive Practices of South Carolina Dentists and Physicians. Journal of Cancer Education (Volume 25), pages 166–173. Amanda received her Bachelor’s degree from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina, and her Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. In her free time, Amanda enjoys cooking, running, volunteering, reading, traveling and spending time with family. Head and neck cancer has impacted the lives of family members close to her, and Amanda is committed to helping HNCA fulfill its vision of saving lives through prevention, education, and advocacy.

Jasmine Souers, a young breast cancer survivor from Jacksonville, FL, was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer at the age of 26 in 2016. With the support of her family and close friends, Jasmine underwent a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction, 25 rounds of proton therapy radiation and completed five years of hormone therapy.While cancer changed the trajectory of life as she knew it, Jasmine’s diagnosis launched her into the pursuit of a purpose-driven life. She turned to her faith and her love of books and personal development to help her grow on her journey. Her bachelors degree in public relations from the University of North Florida and nonprofit marketing and development expertise came in handy when she co-founded For the Breast of Us, the first online community for all women of color affected by breast cancer.Today, Jasmine emphasizes the power of collaboration for innovation and better health for all as the founding President and CEO of The Missing Pink Breast Cancer Alliance and Editor of More Life Magazine. She is a board member for GRASP and lends her experiences and expertise to efforts that advance health equity in breast care such as the American National Breast Cancer Roundtable and CDC’s Advisory Committee on Breast Cancer in Young Women.Connect with Derly
