This date one year ago I launched my podcast show, so this episode is all about celebrating that - and celebrating YOU. Celebrating the tough stuff you've survived and the ways you've grown from the lessons it's taught you - which is what is at the heart of true resiliency.

To all of my listeners, thanks for hanging out with me over the last 52 weeks. It's an honour to show up for you each and every Tuesday as I do my best to help you ''human'' and make the most out of life even when it's nothing like you hoped it would be. There's a lesson in EVERYTHING and something to gain from every experience - choose that perspective in life and you'll get so much more out of it. Here's to my next 100+ episodes and beyond!
