For the first time, Michelle Stein is courageously speaking out about her life as an adult child of alcoholics, a survivor of trauma, her own work of recovery and addiction. Michelle loved and cared for parents, siblings, and relatives who lived and died from the life of alcoholism. She experienced the loss of both parents and 4 siblings over a period of 12 years.
An Equine Guided Wellness Coach, Michelle views her work as part of her civic and social responsibility and has made it her life’s purpose to do what she can to advocate for people who are hiding in plain view, those who are fearful of not being enough or stuck in the shadows in need of recovery.
