The first caller is Maddie from Germany. She would like to talk about past religious trauma, how it severely affected her siblings, and how it affects everyone around them.
Next up, Jerry from Missouri would like to talk about how atheists don’t know the real story of the Bible. Called in to confront us about being wrong about faith. Ooooh, boy. Lots of goalposts are moved in this one. It’s frustrating and interesting to listen to this all at the same time!
The following caller named Conner from Texas is concerned about how therapists can conduct their sessions and not deconvert religious folks. People should NOT go into therapy thinking they will be deconverted.

Bri in California is calling us back with an update! She is going through the deconversion process and called in to discuss her own religious trauma. She is also struggling with how her deconversion has affected her social life. Congrats Bri! We are here for you if you need us!
Afterwards we have Jeff from Canada. He wonders about how his time as a Jehovah’s Witness could be religious trauma. Feels a bit at a loss about how it is all connected. Is also autistic and also is concerned if he is viewing the past within the appropriate internal filters.
