What even was this entire last month of my life??? 
I'm just gonna scratch March and April is already GREAT, ok???

But in all seriousness, whew. What a whirlwind of a month. More than half of it is a blur. I had to go through my pictures in my phone to make sure I even had the right order of events, here.
This is Part 1 to a 2 part episode covering the details and the grand exit of the one and only (thank god) Mr. Red Flag
Grateful as always for my strength in these situations, my growth, my past, and proud of myself in this stage of life.
Even more grateful for all the new people I have in my life- something really beautiful came from this and it made every annoying situation 10000% worth it

I like someone. I am *enjoying* a ~~man~~ ???!?!
What is happening?? 
It came outta nowhere and I was not ready. Very blindsided over here but i'm into it.

Mr. Red Flag has won me over and even though I had decided it was over like, 5 days ago, here I am. Excited to see him tomorrow night and so excited for him and his big stuff happening tomorrow. Like, what???? Who am I???

I don't know what to do here, folks. I haven't liked a guy in a really long time. I'm a little rusty in the feelings department and I don't know what to do with my hands. (Actually, yes I do. That's one of the few things I am comfortable with in this situation ;)) 
Things are good and heading in the right direction and I don't know what to do with that information. Do I jump? Do I throw myself out of a moving vehicle? Do I panic and run away? HELP

Well, cheers to the fact that i'm still capable of having feelings and probably getting hurt.

My world's have collided. I am unwell. I am *stressing* 
I KNEW when I started this that eventually, sharing my personal and dating life was going to catch up to me and bite me in the ass, but I didn't expect it to catch up to me *this* fast. 
The universe woke up yesterday and chose CHAOS for me. 
Love this. Love this journey for me. 
Ugh. Well, here's my tea. It's not like, piping hot, but its definitely *spicy*. Like, a dirty chai with almond milk. Hot, not iced.  Extra shot of espresso. 

This episode I REINTRODUCE Mr. New Year. You heard me, he's back. BACK AT IT AGAIN.
But I promise you all- I will not be falling this time. 
Our dynamic and our chemistry will never go away but we're keeping it in the friend zone this time, ladies n gents.

**first and foremost: i want to correct myself!! i mention "my mom cheated on my dad"...No! My dad cheated on my mom. It is VERY important to me that I correct that before you even listen to this episode. whew. sorry mom. 

woof this one is heavy.
Never in a million years did I think I would cry on a public platform, especially when talking about my POS ex, but the reality is: it's really sad. 
(I also did NOT expect to get emotional, it just kinda came out) 
My divorce story is a long one and a nasty one and while I do NOT like being this vulnerable, I think it's important to share the ugly and dark sides to teach, to grow, and to learn. 
I'm not ashamed of my story. I'm not full of regret. I'm proud that I allowed love in to my life and I am proud that I walked away and became a better, stronger, happier woman because of it.
