The Canucks practiced at the Wells Fargo Center ahead of tomorrow's tilt versus the Flyers in Philadelphia. JPat and Wadden go over what came out of Friday mornings session, giving an update on the status of injured forward Ilya Mikheyev, who is looking to make his debut as a Canuck during this road trip. On his 23rd birthday, the boys go over what Quinn Hughes has already accomplished as a Canuck, while debating the merits of Kevin Bieksa signing a one-day contract to retire as a member of the Vancouver Canucks.

Plus, the lads give their Players of the Week and who they got in the Rink Wide Penalty Box this week.
