I talk about how I don't think any decision I've made in the last couple years has really been a good one.  

I talk about working on my kitchen and other major projects in my  house and how difficult that was.

I talk about how my life is getting shaken up by a surprise visit and how people aren't doing what they're supposed to and how that's creating problems for them.

I talk about the practice of swamping and how important it is to move emotions through your body as they arise, otherwise they get stuck and cause disease and pain.  I also describe how teary and emotional I've been lately.

I talk about how I took massive action and bought a 3 month coaching package from one of my favorite coaches Rebecca Davison.  I talk about the first session and meditating and also how I finally got my butt in gear to do some deep cleaning in my house.

I talk about how to I can find joy in my life and question whether I should stay at my job or not.

I talk at length about the HellaMega Tour concert the kids and I saw the night before.  Weezer, Fall Out Boy and Green Day all showed up playing their hits and it was very fun.

I talk about an incredibly uncomfortable conversation I had with the owner of the tree removal company and how he tried to bully me into backing down or denying that his company wrecked my garage door.  I was very proud of myself for standing my ground, being respectful, and refusing to be mistreated.

I talk about the excellent admin at the tree company who showed me humor and compassion when I was so upset and how helpful she was in getting my needs addressed.

I talk about how the tree guys wrecked my garage door and how fun that was to discover.  I also discuss the Chiron return, which happens every 7 years in a person's life and what this means.
