I talk about repeating the throat chakra tapping meditation for the third day in a row and what I discovered doing it this time.  Each time I go through this exercise new and different emotions, memories and trigger episodes come up to be cleared and transmuted.  It's cool to see and experience.  Today's meditation wasn't as revelatory as the first two days, but it was still powerful.  What an amazing tool this meditation is.

I talk about how just about everything in my life is bothering me, irritating me, going wrong or something similar.  I know I'm supposed to stay high vibe as much as possible, but sometimes I just need to vent and get out the garbage.

I talk about a tapping/EFT meditation I did that Nick Ortner of The Tapping Solution put out in his group.  It was a clearing for the throat chakra and when I did it, some really deep energies came up.  I was startled and grateful for the intense clearing.

This meditation is the same one I published a few days ago, but this time I added music to it to make a more soothing recording.

I talk about how I finally found a cloud service that isn't charging me a monthly fee -- IceDrive.net  I bought 1TB of space that I now own in perpetuity and I've been uploading my videos off of my iPad and phone and getting them to safety.  For three years, I've been worried about all these files I'm creating and saving.  I've lost many electronic files in the last decade and I don't want that to happen again.  For whatever reason, I've had a devil of a time trying to get these files off of my equipment and onto an external hard drive.  So now, I'm finally uploading to the Ice Drive and as each file goes up into the cloud, I feel calmer and lighter.  I can finally delete these files off of my phone and iPad and it's freeing up tons of space.  I advise you all to do this too.  Freeing up electronic space is as good as cleaning up your physical space.  

I talk about how my apartment has gotten a little messy in the last few weeks and how I took some time yesterday to clean up my workspace and do some organizing.  I felt so much better!  I also discuss how I energetically clean my electronic equipment and how that helps me too.

I talk about trying to go to a nearly empty church on Easter and discovering that there isn't any service at all.  I talk about how sad and surreal this holiday, but do my best to focus on the positive.

I talk about what I'm learning in Week 2 of Ken Wilbur's Actualize OS class.  This week I discuss levels -- what they are, what some of the individual ones look like and how they interact (or don't interact) with each other.
