On this episode of Talking Buffalo, host Patrick Moran is solo today and loaded with plenty of thoughts on reports of the Buffalo Bills linked to perennial Pro Bowl players DeAndre Hopkins and Dalvin Cook before deciding on another free agent of prominence he thinks the Bills should try to lock in above either.
Hopkins has directly and indirectly expressed his interest in playing for Buffalo while credible sourced reports suggest Cook would like to potentially join his little brother James with the Bills as well. Patrick elaborates on why he doesn't think either scenario is going to happen and why he doesn't think it'd be a particularly great idea anyway.
From there he discusses a position he'd rather see the Bills move money around to find more help at and one player specifically. That plus a few quick thoughts on Sonny Red's and more.

While Buffalo didn't add a big "splashy" acquisition to date, they've stocked up on a handful of new starters, depth and draft picks that coupled with the return of a few healthy veterans has them looking really good on paper. The guys discuss it as well as the addition of offensive tackle Brandon Shell, the possibility of landing Hopkins and reaction to the Allen/Hailee Steinfeld dating rumors.

The guys talk about Okposo returning, his career trajectory as a Sabre in going from somewhat of a "bust" to team captain and he brings to the team both on and off the ice.

On today’s Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by Aaron Quinn (Cover 1) for their weekly chat, this time around focused on putting every team in the AFC into six different tiers, plenty of Buffalo Bills talk and also power ranking the worst songs ever.
There's not much football to talk about this time of year, so the guys take all 16 AFC teams and put them into six different tiers. It leads to a discussion of what team(s) is most likely to underachieve and a division that sneakily could be the deepest in football.

On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by writer and sports media personality Joe Yerdon for their weekly chat, this week focused on if the Buffalo Sabres may be legitimately interested in trading for Winnipeg Jets goaltender Connor Hellebuyck as well as the identifying the weakest positional group on the Buffalo Bills.
A post in The Athletic suggested the Sabres may be looking to take a "big swing" at trading for Hellebuyck, a former Vezina winning goaltender who has one year left on his contract. Joe has thoughts on if he believes it's feasible, what it would cost to acquire him and what the plan would be for Devon Levi were it to happen.
The guys also go through the Bills positional groups and come up with their weakest link. That plus their "Make Me Choose" segment, Patrick' started an extreme water fast and much more.

On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran goes solo to provide things he likes and dislikes the most in wake of the Buffalo Bills 2023 regular season schedule being announced on Thursday night.
If you're in the camp of wanting the Bills to play in prime time and on several different nights/time zones you won big with this schedule reveal. The Bills play in prime time six times and also have a Sunday morning game in London. Conversely being on the side of wanting as many Sunday 1pm starts as possible left you feeling quite lonely--the Bills only have five (FIVE!) early Sunday afternoon starts on the schedule season.
Patrick discusses all that, liking when the Bills have a bye and who the play coming off it, facing two good quarterbacks on new teams very early in the season and much more.
