It's all things Enniscorthy this week as the stadium gears up for their 90-year celebration next week!

Barry chats to manager Bridget about the celebrations planned and what we can look forward to. They chat about how she became involved with the stadium and the various roles she’s had within the industry. Bridget commends the staff, as well as the volunteers & the 250 members who all work together to benefit the stadium.

Barry also chats to Pat Hyland. Pat shares with us how he got into the sport and how he is keeping the greyhound racing passion alive through his own children. He also tell us of the fantastic work that has been acheived through the membership fund, and the importance of Benefit nights for the stadium.

This week Barry chats to two guests!

This week Barry chats to another man of the moment hailing from the rebel county, Brendan O'Connell. Brendan has returned home from Towcester last weekend after winning the English Greyhound Derby with his dog Gaytime Nemo.

Barry chats to him about the fairytale success it was, with the odds stacked against him, Gaytime Nemo soared to the finish line. They chat about his early days in the sport, his family’s involvement, and the lifelong friends he has made along the way.

This week Barry is catching up with the man of the moment, JJ Fennelly, fresh from a tremendous victory with Burgess Supreme winning the National Produce Stakes in Clonmel.

JJ and his mother-in-law Sheila Spillane, recent Hall of Fame inductee, are known and respected across the country with their Burgess greyhounds, a prefix that has been part of Irish Greyhound Racing for almost 70 years.

This week Barry chats to Tipperary man, Pat Morrissey. Pat has previously reported for the Sporting Press and has been attending the Clonmel track for almost 50 years!

They discuss the upcoming National Produce Stakes Final taking place at Clonmel Greyhound Stadium this Sunday. Ahead of a predicted "outstanding final" and after many weeks of great attendance, they run through the finalists and give their say.

They also chat about the great work that's been done at the Clonmel track in recent years and how important the greyhound racing community is to them.

The man of the moment after the Ballyhimikin Rex's win at the Champion 550 Final in Shelbourne Park. Our second guest is a young greyhound trainer from Kerry, making waves in the world of greyhound racing the last few years, Jack Kennelly. Jack made the trip to Towcester over the weekend where Beepers Lariat made it into the winners enclosure, fantastic news as he prepares to set off again soon to enter the English Greyhound Derby.
