Chad is from Wilton, IA, where he grew up on the family farm and was a 2x state champion for the Beavers. He traveled 35 minutes west to Iowa City, starting at 197 for the Hawkeyes and qualifying twice for nationals. Chad coached at Iowa City West HS and Cornell College before moving to the Pacific Northwest and coaching out there. Chad has since moved back to Iowa and is currently the Executive Director of the Hawkeye Wrestling Club. So please, sit back, relax and enjoy, Chad Beatty!
