Chris is from Coggon, Iowa and wrestled at North Linn High School. He was a 3x state placewinner before moving on to Coe College. He was a 2x Division III national qualifier before battling injuries his final two years. Chris now works for the Illinois State Police and lives in Aledo, Illinois with his wife and two boys.
