Emma is currently the Head Coach of the NYC RTC women’s wrestling program and Columbia University Women’s Wrestling Club. Prior to this, she served as the head girls coach and program director for Beat the Streets NYC. Emma also was a member of USA Wrestling’s National coaching staff and has coached numerous world teams at all age levels. This is all a fancy way of saying Emma is one of the best and brightest coaches in the sport and I’m honored she allowed me a small glimpse of her thought process.
