Kyle was one of the most intimidating wrestlers I watched growing up. He wrestled at Crestwood High School. He placed 3rd as a junior at 215 lbs. and won a state title as a senior at heavyweight. He went on to play football at Iowa State before finding his way back to the mat and wrestling a year for the Cyclones. It was really cool chatting with Kyle and hearing his story.
