Landon was a 3x state placewinner for Davenport Assumption, including winning a state title as a senior. He chose to continue wrestling for Wartburg, becoming a 3x All-American and 2x national champion for the Knights. Landon coached at Wartburg for one year after graduating before heading south to coach for Holy Cross High School in Louisiana. In his 4 years there, his teams finished third twice, runner-up once, and won the school's first Division 1 State Championship in 30 years. Now, Landon is the Head Assistant Wrestling Coach for his alma mater, Wartburg, a position he’s held since May of 2020. So please, sit back, relax and enjoy, Coach Landon Williams!
