As many accolades as Moza has, I think it’s important to first acknowledge how good of a person he is. Because who you are as a person is more important than what you accomplish on the mat or in life. And Moza is a perfect reflection of that. On the mat, Moza was a 2x Iowa High School State Champion for Anamosa High School. He went on to become a 2x All-American for the University of Northern Iowa. Moza also trained at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado and joined the Army World Class Athlete Program. We cover a lot in this episode, so let’s get going!
