Sam is going to be a sophomore at Bishop McCort Catholic High School in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Sam was a Fargo runner-up in 2021 and he would be there right now. Instead, Sam made the U17 Greco-Roman World Team and will be competing in Istanbul, Turkey from July 31 - August 6. Sam also hosted a podcast called Home Mat Advantage with his friend, Jude Swisher, and won the WIN Magazine Journalist of the Year at just 13 years old. Although he may have become recognized from the Home Mat Advantage Podcast, you’re going to remember him as a wrestler. So please, sit back, relax and enjoy, Sam Herring!
