Skylar is one of the top women freestyle wrestlers at 76kgs. She won the US Open in 2022 and placed 2nd at the World Team Trials that same year. However, she’s made even bigger gains in her mental game. In this episode, we cover the struggles she went through and how she’s overcome them to get to where she is today.
