  • #TBR96 Inequality Street
This week it's Gaz's turn to ask the questions... and if you know anything about him, you'll have guessed that they are all sports based. We're joined by our pal Dave to look at inequality in sport. Be that the race debate in Cricket, or whether sportswomen should be allowed to compete against their male counterparts. We consider it all. There's the usual NFL talk and we throw down a challenge to any female podcasters out there who think they can take on the boys of TBR at any sport they fancy. Go grab yourself a cold one (preferably not the Duchess), kick back and enjoy!
The opening music is "London Bayou" by Oscar Albis Rodriguez and the closing music is "BDS" by Lewis Pickford.

  • #TBR95 A digital Dukes of Hazzard
Growing up Beans wished he was Luke Duke. Turns out that dream was a little closer than he thought in that in tracing his American leg of the family tree, he has a cousin Beau. If you listened to episode BDS5, you'll know the back story, if not, you can always go back and listen to Beans does Genealogy. Beau should have joined us at TBR HQ but due to some passport problems he had to join us digitally and share that story from his perspective... and some of the really weird coincidences that are part of this story. There's our regular NFL chat and a little bit of hunting talk which should be interesting for our UK listeners before we ask the important question "Is Andy a viking?" Go grab yourself a cold one, kick back and enjoy!

  • #TBR94 - Who needs Google?
In this episode, Beans puts the important questions to Gaz and Andy. We look at the top 100 Googled questions so far this year and see if these 2 guys can do a better job than the search engine in dishing out the answers. We've not gone for the mundane, we've picked the stranger questions that have been asked. Can dogs eat bananas? Are unicorns real? Are jellyfish immortal? You'll find all the answers here so go grab yourself a cold one, kick back and enjoy!

  • #TBR93 - The boys are back in town
The gang are back together and firing on all cylinders. The Reload Rub is ready to be switched again (for the most part). We pitch the 5 beer idea to Gaz - who in his absence has managed to check something off of his bucket list, and it may not be one that you'd predict. There's the usual NFL round-up before we look at climate change : who's doing what and what could or should we be doing differently. All this and much much more. Go grab yourself a cold one, kick back and enjoy!!

  • #TBR92 - Questions and Answers??
There's no Gaz again this week but Beans and Andy welcome Dave the Internet guy back as a guest. He asks us a bunch of questions that don't have a black and white answer, leaving us to get tangled up in grey. Questions like : should nurses be mandated to get the Covid19 vaccination? Should euthanasia we legal in the UK? Is winning the key message to be taught in children's sport? There's the usual NFL round-up and Beans can't resist giving two Man United fans a bit of stick about the Liverpool result before offering to exorcise Dave's Ghoulies. Go grab yourself a cold one, kick back and

Beans and Andy... hang on, Where's Gaz? He's got a stinker of a cold and sits this one out... so Beans and Andy talk about their favourite ghoulies from Horrror movies, Beans gets another offer for his official services and this one may actually happen, we talk about fireworks and a new concept: silent fireworks, what's your favourite genre of horror movie, Billionaires could be using their money so much better and TBR has some ideas, we talk about our favourite online Belgian beer company, Am I drinking flower fertiliser (spoiler alert: no, I'm not), more left turns than the Spaghetti junction... so grab yourself a cold one, kick back and enjoy...

  • #TBR90 Spoiler alert : James Bond dies
How about a little bit more Bond for you? Gaz gives his verdict on the "final"? James Bond film and shares a spoiler or 2. There's a couple more questions about where 007 goes from here. In the battle of the plums, Aldi's and Titanic's Plum Porters face off in a taste test - can Beans tell the difference. Andy's Lions appear toothless again as we take a look at our NFL teams. There's a missed opportunity to meet Morrissey, a look at Tyson Fury's win and the current state of Heavyweight Boxing, is Skype new product that answer to the Streaming conundrum, how would we fair on Murder Island - we fear Andy would be perp not victim. Should Tall Boy Radio get a Reliant Robin? Peter Dinklage, we're sorry. We love you. All this and more.... so go grab yourself a cold one, kick back and enjoy!

  • #TBR88 Two Fat Ladies
The tops are popped on the Reload Rub and the cook off has begun. This stuff is phenomenal. We need to get this in the UK on a regular basis. It hurt us all but we took a look at how our bet is playing out as the Lions, Steelers and Bears all faltered in week 3. Why is Halloween so popular? We're seeing people talking about it already on social media and we don't understand the fuss. There's an update on our Guinness world record attempts (plural!!) and much much more so go grab yourself a cold one and, kick back and enjoy!

  • #TBR87 A plan (and a Jackson) is born
Andy is back with Beans and Gaz this week and we see just how close we were to guessing the name of his son. Pretty close as it turns out but should we have been closer? We hear all the tales from our trip to Scotland including Beans learns that although masks are supposed to protect us they can also do us harm and how Gaz enjoyed the train ride so much, he refused to get off. We learnt alot from a trip to Scotland - besides look where you're going whilst putting on a mask and stop looking at your phone when you're at a train station - and if we don't do something different about the real lesson that we learned, then did we really learn anything. A plan is put forward that predictably involves a Guinness World Record attempt. The Reload Rub is portioned out and ready to be cooked on tofu, quorn and.... who are we kidding, it's going on meat! Go grab yourself a cold one, kick back and enjoy!
The opening music is "London Bayou" by Oscar Albis Rodriguez and the closing music is "BDS" by Lewis Pickford.
