Hey look at that--  we got two in a row now.  We are going to try to get back to our every Wednesday releases.  This is a fun episode, even though it has a couple discussions about mental illness.  The first story is about Aurikatariina, the self-proclaimed "best cleaner in the world", who uses cleaning houses to improve mental health.  Then there is the amazing Nellie Bly, who practically invented investigative journalism, improved mental health care, traveled around the world and well, did not fit the mold of the women of the late 1800s.  You will become a fan of Nellie Bly.  Finally, got a couple of quick stories about marathons, that may just inspire you to run.  Come have a listen and find something to inspire you.

Life is still crazy, but we need inspiration more now than ever and we want to share it with you.  This episode is lots of fun and is full of inspiration.  First, there is the story of how some Africans are making a difference while learning to live with nature.  Next, the unbelievable true story of a man who made a beer run to Vietnam, during the war, to remind his friends that they are cared about.  It is a crazy story, but definitely one you won't want to miss.  Finally, there are the Nine Nanas who covertly helped their neighbors for more than 30 years.  You will love this episode!

I know, we are falling behind on getting episodes out.  This is just a crazy time for us.  However, we want to make sure that we get some episodes out since many are feeling down right now.  This episode has happy dog stories, the first Black woman to be on the US Supreme Court, and the hilarious and generous Anna Kendrick.  You won't want to miss it.  Grab a cup of hot chocolate, and take a little time to stoke the fires of inspiration.

Life can sometimes get crazy busy, and that is where we are right now.  Apologies for the delay in getting this episode out, but it is worth the wait.  In this episode, we talk about Dennis Connors who just won a Silver Medal in the Paris Paralympics in cycling.  Then there is a deep dive on the incredible Nick Vujicic, a preacher and inspirational speaker, who has tackled life despite being born without arms or legs.  Finally, there is Nichelle Nichols, who played Lt. Uhura on the original Star Trek series, but also had a lasting impact on NASA and the space program.  Get ready to find inspiration.

Welcome to episode 170.  We have a little bit of everything in this episode, baseball, parenting, the Olympics and mental health.  Just a quick warning, while not at all explicit, there are some more adult issues dealing with mental health in this episode, so parental discretion is advised.  We talk about Drew Robison trading tragedy for hope.  Then a bit more mental health discussing the funny, smart, and pretty dang wise Kristina Kuzmic, a new hero of mine.  Then we finish up with some Olympic highlights.  There is definitely some inspiration to be found.

Rex, the incredible story of a marine and his dog.  There is some great inspiration to be had.  Have a listen.
