Shortly after 5 AM on Sunday August 20, 2017, Surrey RCMP were called to the 6900 block of 127A street near Kwantlen University campus in Surrey, BC.  When they arrived, they found a man who they described to be in his early 20’s unresponsive in an alley behind several businesses.
