Sound settings on my laptop have been royally fucked, making ep 1 & 2 beyond shitty. Consider ep3 a test. Sigh …. again. I figured I could play a cut of “I’m not black I’m OJ” because a) relevant, if you are not careful, Apple music will download (and bill you for the clean version) AND b) though he says the n-person-word over and over, he also references(possibly in an altogether conspiratorial manner) Jews, so whatver. Threw together some great music from around the Web featuring a favorite group of mine, The Concord Blue Devils. Featured are “F Tuning” from 96, the rock out section from the 95 show, including iconic hornline runs and double C’s for days from good ol’ Scott Steward. Also included is my 1st draft of “When a Man Loves a Woman” based on their 1992 closer. You also get my fav version of “Diamonds in the Sky” …. and as always, me talking into an awful onboard laptop mic. Took forever but f-it, we gotta get this site & cast off life support. We finally got a PC up & running; and I’ve been building soundboards; a la OnA and others that like to hit buttons during airtime. One day ill have them categorized by movie, movie-cat, tv, tv-era, tv-type, sad, funny, dramatic, inside jokes, some sound bytes will fall under 10 categories, nu? Since I can’t jack the ever-growing collection from Greg & Sex Bagel, I started on American Psycho, Audacity was reconfigured with FFmpeg, libmp3lame, iTunes and WordPress 4.7.4 oh and f-ing Java 8. Mine or Steve’s voice in next cast, Tap’s honor. Now, GFY loyal listeners. Crank it if [‘you like Phil Collins(?)’]

Tapper guides us through some rare, old school cuts of everyone’s favorite (OK, in everyone’s top5…lower if you leave out the corps you are/were involved in) – One of two all-male corps left in the Division 1 class – THE MADISON SCOUTS. Comment and the usual bs underlies the choice music cuts; as rushed products get rushed results, We apologize if the sound quality isnt as clear as I usually strive for. We have to upload these casts ASAP …the last two both took about 12 to 24 hours for iTunes to crawl it correctly. w/o further adieu….blastoff…blast one…and blast back to 1985, 1990, 1991 and 1993. Tapper had a few technical difficulties due to a froggy voice and the “ghost in the machine” kept deleting wraps and tracks. Hence the ‘cast is improvised; all the mistakes are left in (‘ummmm’ uhhh…’nerrrr…..) there are a few moments of dead air and the Tap goes OT during a legal discussion – threatening a local band that consistently steals his arrangements. The ‘cast is bookended by Madison & Garfield (1995 & 1996-best productions) and pt. 1 of a musical tribute to (NOT DEAD!!!! Sorry!) John Barry, I mean Thomas Newman I mean John Williams.  This damn series will have 3 or 4 parts,…why? 20mg is the upload limit so this cast goes out to ~1700 pt 2 will cover the last 6 or 7 mins. 

WP throws an exception if we try to upload any audio over 20 mgs, ….we tried to trim it but 21.5mg was as small as a standalone episode could get. So we uploaded the 1st 17 mins as “part 1” and the rest of the crap as “part 2” I had to add another v/o to explain the pt2-thing so ok f-u WordPress, f-u Apple, f-u MSOFT, f-u ffmpeg, f-u libmp3lame and most of all f-u “donny” “Trumpf” (little or no politics in podcast thats the tapper7 guarantee!
