We had a wonderful chat with Tami Jo, the founder of The Outspring. The Outspring is a discovery platform of outdoor brands made for and by women. In this episode, we get to know Tami and what inspired her to take some leaps of faith in business and personal experiences. Like taking on The Rebelle Rally, an all-women, off-road navigation rally for 1600 miles through California and Nevada, using only map and compass, with no prior off-roading experience. This is the first of a series of episodes we will have with Tami Jo as we follow her journey in creating an in-person event for The Outspring this coming year.

We were so happy to have Sheree on the show with us today to introduce us to Ayurveda. She gives us a quick little down low on what Ayurveda is and what she does as an Ayurvedic practitioner. This episode is full of amazing information and we could have carried on for two more hours easily! Sheree is taking virtual patients during her internship

Life feels like a merry-go-round sometimes, especially as we get older. Same shit, different day! But also a sprinkle of cool, unique shit, like getting to be in a movie with a hero of yours!

Tarin is going to be on the big screen as an extra in a movie directed by her IG idol, Katie Burrell! And we talk about some big-picture ideas we have for this little podcast. As well as a few other tangents, we can’t help it WE LOVE TO TALK which is why we have this podcast. But for real, we had a lot of fun recording this episode and definitely think it’s worth a listen!
Here are the results of the study Tarin mentioned about trash collection in National Parks. Read the full press release from 5Gyres about this project.

Here we are again, catching up! I (Tarin) attended the Outdoor Media Summit this past weekend and learned so much and also got to connect with amazing folks. We talk about that and how winter is starting to show up! ❄️
We also talk a little about Dovetail Workwear and Wild-Rye (hint: not only do these links get you a little discount, but they also help support this podcast!)

Little recap on Tarin’s trip to Vegas then Bend, OR…starting off with a bee attack! Smoke still encompasses Washington…but we do talk about some good stuff! Take a listen
We can’t get over the zoom lady that says this, we thought maybe we should rename the podcast that. We settled for an episode title. Playing catch-up after a month and talking a little about regenerative agriculture and frustrations of inflations. Both of us were outside on our headphones so there is a bit of a lower quality sound, sorry! Now we know that isn’t the best tactic, (or I just need better headphones cause Amber sounds good!) nor is your dog running to play with the neighbors before you sign off
Who fucking knows, but we don’t care too much right now whether it’s right or wrong. Because there simply is no right or wrong for us with this project! But we sure as heck are manifesting good vibes and for the six figures to start rolling in
Quick updates! And maybe it’s just the planets that are making us feel off…? Or, maybe it’s just life and there is really no such thing as balance!?
Whatever it is, help some sisters out and listen to our podcast, then rate & review! Also, follow us on the socials!

The title is a mouthful. And we’ve got a mouthful to say! We talk a lot about emotions in this episode. Most specifically anger, frustration, & guilt and how we handle them. Or…don’t…
We ask the question, what tools do you have in your back pocket to handle these emotions at the peak of their existence? I reflected on this topic after feeling these emotions a lot myself the past few weeks and attending an event with Outdoor Women’s Wellness. If you are interested in learning more about this group and the 4 Pillars of Health mentioned in this podcast, check them out!
